When you have obtained your residence permit and proven you have the financial resources necessary to study in Switzerland, you may be able to take a job alongside your studies. In fact, the student residence permit allows for a profit-earning activity, as long your university provides a statement confirming that your employment will not prolong the length of your studies. For foreign students, the number of weekly work hours is limited to 15, but this is fairly flexible depending on the canton (in Geneva, for example, you can work up to 30 hours per week). Nevertheless, most people will advise you not to take on extra work, since a university workload is generally quite heavy.
Steps of Admission Process
1. Once we receive a complete set of all scanned documents as per the instructions that will be given in acknowledged email, we will review and confirm that everything has been sent and send to school for eligibility.
2. There will an arrangement for a phone interview with an admission officer to test the applicant’s ability to speak and understand English language.
3. Once an applicant clears Interview and pay Tuition deposit, final acceptance letter will be issued and we will advise further on visa application procedures.
N:B An Applicant that are not older than 30 years of age are encouraged to apply for Switzerland Student visa.
Admission requirements
1. Certified copy of Olevel or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
2. Official copy of academic transcripts
3. Proof of English fluency: Letter from University stating Program was taught in English / EU Internal English Exam / TOEFL score 233 (computer-based), 577 (paper-based), 89 (Internet-based); IELTS 6.5; CAE C1; PTE 59 or phone interview
4. 1 copy of CV/resume
5. Copy of passport
6. Solvency signed by parent or sponsor- which will be sent later
